Landlady was helpful and friendly. She prepared excellent breakfasts that varied each day.
We didn't get handtowels.

Location: the hotel was really close to bus stops and Chateau Frontenac, attractions and great dining and many restaurants and sights to see. The breakfast selection was freshly cooked and hearty with changing food.

Had a fantastic stay during our vacation. The staff was nice and gave us recommendations. The deluxe queen room had basic facilities you need, an iron, a work desk and TV. The location was awesome, right at Morrin Centre. Appreciated our stay...
The bathroom was quite small.

Family-run and very friendly, we received a warm welcome from owner/chef and her daughter. The breakfast was homemade and delicious with fresh bread every morning. It was served around a large dining room table which gave us the opportunity to chat with the other guests. The location was a big plus and within walking distance of Chateau Frontenac, the Citadel, Grande Allee and Petit Champlain. I would definitely stay here again.
The only improvement that would have made our stay more comfortable would be air conditioning, but there was a fan in the room.

The owners were warm, friendly, helpful and fun. Not your typical hotel style B&B- lots of character. We had a large room with a queen bed and a single. It was quite comfortable. The breakfasts were amazing...home made yogourt, fruit smoothies, freshly baked rolls, omelets etc...The location of the B&B was outstanding, walk to everything, right in the old town.
